Restrict App Access

Create users and groups, and restrict apps to specific groups

Prerequisites

• Having a group configured (you can do it in Directory>Groups)

Limit access to a specific group

Go to Applications > Applications

Click on your application name, and then "Policy / Group / User Bindings" :

Now click on "Create Binding", select "Group", select your group and click "Create"

If you want to limit only to one group it's good for you !

Limit access to users which are members of 2+ groups

• You have to create bindings for all the groups that the user must be in.

• Come back to Applications > Applications

• Click on the "Edit" icon button on the right of your app

• Change "Policy engine mode" from ANY to ALL

Only users members of group X AND Y will now be able to access your app !
